Full Coordination

Guide you with the steps to take in preparing for the event

Budget Management – monitoring of estimated and allocated budget

Sourcing, screening & booking of suppliers (church, reception venue, caterer, gowns, photographer & videographer, invitation, florist, giveaways, cake, bridal car, sound system, and others) needed that will meet your requirements, budget, taste and style

Make payments to suppliers, as necessary

Update you regularly on things we have done so far and what we still have to do, then, inform you of the next steps to take

Direct management of the entire event from church to reception

Assist you in composing and selecting readings for missalette (church ceremony)

Orchestration of Church Processional, Pictorial, Recessional arrangements

Coordinate rehearsal schedule for couple and entourage members

Briefing of all attendants, readers, commentator and offerers of their duties on the wedding day itself (to be discussed during the rehearsal)

Assist reception venue lay-out and design (i.e.table & place cards arrangements, floral arrangements, cake & gift table set-up, sound system, center stage, etc)

Responsible in guest management and seating arrangement during the reception

Assist in reception activities to ensure the smooth flow of the program

Unlimited consultation

This service includes five coordinators (150pax)



 

Half deal coordination

In this stage, the couple has done more or less 50% of the preparation. We assume that you have already booked some suppliers for your wedding requirements and have done preliminary planning for your big day, but it came to a point that you decided to get the assistance of a planner to take over the arrangements you have started.

Guide you with the steps to take in preparing for the event

Budget Management, sourcing, screening and booking of suppliers if still needed for the event.

Make payments to suppliers, as necessary
